The seminar will provide an opportunity for everyone to make professional connections, ask questions, and discuss the ins and outs when starting a private practice as an LMHCA.
We will review the beginning steps needed in launching your practice:

- Licensing and registration
- Malpractice insurance

- Office subleasing
- Practice management

- Finding a niche
In this seminar you will receive:
- A packet with all the resources needed to launch your own private practice; along with personal recommendations that I’ve found helpful along the way thus far.
- Sample forms that you could use as an example in creating your own disclosure statements, intake forms, ROI’s, and a few more that could be useful in the future.

The seminar will be held in the Skinner building in the Central Business District a few flights above my office; it’s in the same building as the 5th Avenue theater.
When you arrive, I will be there to open the door and grant access to the elevator. It would be best if we all arrived 5-10 minutes early to allow enough time to ensure everyone is present before we begin.
